BEFORE YOU TRY AGAIN™
If you have experienced failed IVF, pregnancy loss, diminished ovarian reserve, unexplained infertility, conflicting recommendations, or a complex reproductive history, your next step deserves more than another guess.
The Physician-Led Fertility Decision Review brings together your fertility history, prior treatment, pregnancy experiences, genetics, maternal health, and reproductive risks. The purpose is to help you understand what is known, what may still need attention, and which questions matter before your next major decision.

This is not a volume clinic. This is focused, deliberate, physician-led review.
Many women feel pressure to move quickly into testing or treatment.
This approach encourages taking time to review the situation carefully before making decisions. Understanding the full picture can help prevent unnecessary steps and support better choices.
You may have years of records.
Lab results. Ultrasounds. Retrieval reports. Embryology reports. Genetic testing. Medication protocols. Specialist recommendations.
Perhaps you have been told to try again.
Perhaps you have been told that your losses were "bad luck."
Perhaps one physician focused on your eggs, another on your uterus, another on your hormones, and another on your pregnancy risks.
Each may have seen an important piece.
But you are still left asking:
Why has this happened more than once?
What did my failed cycles or losses tell us?
Has anything important been overlooked or insufficiently explored?
Do the recommendations I have received actually fit together?
Should I try again, investigate further, change direction, or pause?
What should I understand before I spend more time, money, and emotional energy?
Sometimes the next step is not another intervention. Sometimes the next step is understanding what the story so far is actually telling you.
Structured Application and Records Intake
You will receive clear instructions identifying which records are needed and how to submit them securely. You will also identify the three questions that matter most to you.
Focused Physician Review
Dr. Stanley-Christian will review the relevant fertility, pregnancy, medical, maternal-risk, and genetic elements of your history.
A 90-Minute Private Session
The session will focus on the major patterns in your history, unresolved questions, information that may deserve further attention, and the reasonable pathways before you.
A Written Fertility Decision Map
You will receive a written summary of the major patterns, important knowledge gaps, questions for your treating clinicians, and considerations related to the decision you are facing.
One Clarification Follow-Up
One 30-minute follow-up is included within 14 days to clarify the written Fertility Decision Map. This follow-up is not ongoing case management.
